Hardware

The LanBox-LCX is an extremely versatile DMX controller suited for nearly any DMX-512 lighting application. Whether it should run a show stand-alone, controlling up to 6 universes (3072 DMX channels) using an Ethernet network, synchronized via MIDI or connected to a notebook via USB.

Software

GK-code

We have developed tools to drive a Lanbox layer via a UDP network socket as well as a set of MIDI-to-TCP commands using Puredata. The code is licensed under the GNU/GPL license and can be downloaded, obviously for free, from our Gitorious repository. To help you get the code see our GK-code page.

SchichtenOrganicity is a text about it, and MatrixV0.3 is quick setup guide, both in French. One or another, it will all be inside our Booki.

Computer vision

A free tool (GNU/GPL licensed, coded with Open Frameworks) designed for developing purpose-independent interactive installation mainly based on video tracking techniques. The basic idea of this project is to offer a specific tool designed for non-professional or absolute beginners programmers working on art/interaction/design field, and to provide an easy-to-use fast-approaching tool to cover computer vision interaction design teaching needs. Works with OSC, hence easy to interface with any other program.
