• talking about the experience of the first presentation of the project, one of the conclusions is that the POSITIONING is in the heart of what we do
• redefinition of the term dramaturgy comes from the personal experience: the dramaturgy as a conscious attempt to organize things, events, happenings in order to produce sense
• dramaturgy exist even when there is no dramaturge sign up, the position of the dramaturge was invented in order of organizing art work as a product

How to change the context within we work applying horizontal structures? Collective processes in performing arts are by its nature temporarily and oriented towards creation of a product, which alienate the relation between the so called creators and operators.

• going back to the relation between dramaturgy and its relation towards horizontal structures, the experience of working within those kind of structures make us think how we can work with it and use it as a tool, not as a concept: the cooptation process which will be defined within next sessions
